'On the Job Training' is an integral part of the curriculum at Guru Gram Group of Institutions. The Management ensures that OJT is arranged for the students at prominent industrial houses so that the students receive good and useful practical training.
The remuneration packages are also good. During the previous academic sessions, 100% OJT was arranged for the students with remuneration packages ranging from Rs 8000/- to 20,000/- pm.

It is the desire of every student to get a good job with high salary & perks once he/she has finished the studies. Placement
Placement of students is the prime objective of management & staff at Guru Gram Group of Institutions.
Placement Officer constitutes a Committee consisting of the Director, Students, Staff & People from the Industry.
Objective of this committee is to link the Industry with the institute & the students.
Students are groomed in the class-rooms with soft skills such as communication skills, language skills, reading, writing and thinking skills.
Apart from the skills training special emphasis is given on the computer skills and personality development.
Interaction with the Industry by inviting the Industry professionals to provide inputs regarding Industry needs, profile requirements, skills required, business practices etc.
Final placement activity starts with the preparation of Placement Brochure and major Industrial & commercial cities are covered by personal meetings, telephonic & mail contacts as well through mails.
Senior Management Professionals from the industry are invited to inspect the facilities as well as to conduct the interviews and deliver pre placement talks leading to complete placement procedure of group discussions, aptitude tests, situation handling, Interviews leading to the final placement of the students.
