Admission Process

• Admission will be on Merit Basis
• The eligible candidates has to apply with the application form duly filled up along with the supporting documents .
• The form can be procured from the Campuses by paying Rs.300 or Candidate can send a Demand Draft of Rs.350/- drawn in favour of GURUGRAM INSTITUTE OF AERONAUTICAL ENGG. & TECHNOLOGY, payable at GURGAON /FARIDABAD/ NAGPUR as the case maybe. Candidates can also download the application form from Website and can send us the filled-in application form along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of GURUGRAM INSTITUTE OF AERONAUTICAL ENGG. & TECHNOLOGY, payable at GURGAON /FARIDABAD/ NAGPUR.
• Students appearing for Board Exams can also apply, in such cases admission will be provisional till he/she clears the board exam.

Document to be attached with application form

• Two sets of attested Photocopies of Class - X & XII Marksheets (as applicable)
• 6 passport size photographs
• Proof of age.
• A demand draft of Rs. 10,000/- (Registration Fee) Favouring ' Guru Gram Institute of Aeronautical Engineering & Technology' Payable at GURGAON /FARIDABAD/ NAGPUR.
• Two affidavits (Exactly as printed at the reverse side the form) on Rs. 10/- stamp papers duly signed by the notary (with seal) and signed by student & parents.
• Admission confirmation letter will be sent to the selected candidates by post. In case admission is not granted, the 90% amount of registration fee will be refunded.
• Selected candidates wil have to deposit the admission fee with in Seven working days after receiving the admission confirmation letter. In case the admission fee not deposited in the stipulated time, the student claim to the admission expires and registration fee will not be refunded.
• No form will be accepted without registration fee & affidavits duly executed.
